I didn't want to complain too much because of the price, which was great for location and stay. However, the room was very old and dingy looking(needs paint and upgrade). Silver Point Hotel
When we go back to Barbados you can be sure that we will stay at the Silver Point Hotel. It is the perfect hotel for the newly married or the young at heart!!! And what a view, from the beach, the balcony off our room or the very nice restaurant.The bed was comfortable, the shower was large and refreshing and the food and drinks were great!!! Only one small problem, the security guard did not let our cab driver in the complex and we kept him waiting for us. But then again we are glad that the security guard was doing his job!!! We stayed at the Silver Point Hotel for a pre and post trip. It is off the beated path and that is what we enjoyed about it!!! We did go into the city for dinner which was 30 to 45 minutes away, but we could have had dinner right there. We were sorry to miss the Sunday brunch, but we had a 700am flight. The Silver Point Hotel is a short distance to the airport and we needed to be there by 500am....More
