Grotto Bay Beach Hotel
This hotel was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice and made me feel very welcome. The rooms are in several buildings throughout the grounds and built into the side of a hill so there was a bit of walking up and down hills to and from the main lobby building and the lodges. The staff will shuttle your bags for you if you have a lot of luggage or it's difficult to carry. Walking wasn't a problem for me, but others may find it a bother. The only downside was that the outside of the lodges need a little facelift - inside was very clean, however. Since it was offseason, they were doing lots of work around the grounds, and it's humid enough there that a bit of annual cleaning is probably required. There were 2 desks staffed throughout the day with very helpful Guest Services staff who were able to answer any question about getting around or things to do. A daily activity sheet was also posted with ideas for activities - I thought this was a great way to introduce newcomers to Bermuda. I'd definitely consider going back. And being 5 minutes from the airport is also very handy when you want to soak in the last few minutes of paradise!...More

CLEAR VIEW SUITES AND COTTAGES
We enjoyed our stay at Clearview. The ocean views were fantastic! We found it very easy to get around the island from our hotel. The bus stops into Hamilton and St. George's were nearby. We were also able to walk to the gocery store. The staff was also friendly and helpful....More

Grotto Bay Beach Hotel
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. I loved the location. The hotel was about a five minute walk to the original Swizzle Inn and a ten minute walk to the Crystal Cave. In addition, the bus stops to Hamilton and St. George's was at the end of the driveway. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others who are looking for a good quality hotel at a reasonable price....More
