The Verandah far exceeded my expectations for an all-inclusive resort. The quality of the food impressed me each day, and the service was outstanding - outstanding in it's own right, and compared to other all-inclusive resorts - simply fantastic. No need to leave the resort - it's all there for you. The staff go out of their way to befriend you and make sure you are enjoying yourself. Halcyon Cove by Rex Resorts
When I checked in, there were already two people complaining at the front desk; one about pb with the A/C and the other about a non functioning TV remote control. I lost my A/C and notified the front desk. After 6 hours of recurring notification and noone to fix it. I decide to check out. Only then did a manager show up to offer my a new room, it was getting late.... In addition, the people at the front desk were of very poor quality, good at putting on a facade but bad with results and services. Avoid this hotel at all cost....More
