Wyndham Sapphire Beach Club & Resort
Bathtub faucet had no handle. Had to turn on using a butter knife. Front desk refused to change room and I never received an apology nor confirmation they were attempting to fix the bathtub. After 3 days, the tub still did not have a handle. To top it off, the flower gift I received had live ants in them....More

Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort & Casino
I liked everything about the hotel, convenience to Phillipsburg, beach, pools etc. The only negative was the food quality. Very bland considering all the good restaurants in the area....More

    Divi Little Bay Beach Resort
The property is located on a narrow peninsula between Great Bay and Little Bay, well away from the highway, quiet and secluded. All rooms face towards Little Bay and look out on pristine blue water with Saba Island on the distant horizon. Since the prevailing winds are from the northeast, the bay, to the southwest of the property, is very sheltered, providing calm water for swimming, snorkeling, and sailing on a Sunfish sailboat. The prevailing winds provided refreshing tropical breezes that kept us comfortable in the warm sun, and the hotel buildings sheltered the beach from the wind, making for comfortable sunbathing. It's an easy walk from the hotel to old Ft. Amsterdam, on top of a hill at the end of the peninsula, where there are fantastic views of Great Bay and Phillipsburg. It is also possible to walk into Phillipsburg from the hotel -- it's less than a mile from the hotel to the west end of Front Street -- and there is a sidewalk to walk on. But the walkway goes up and down a steep hill and is adjacent to a busy highway, so taking a hike into town can be a bit of an adventure. Taxis however are readily available. For guests wanting to rent a car there is a Thrifty Rental Car agency right on property; for guests bringing their own vehicles there is ample parking on property. The hotel staff, especially the front desk and bellmen, are very friendly, professional, and competent. The Toucan Restaurant has some gourmet entrees and is a good choice for more than one dinner during your stay....More
