While Lautaro Rosas is a quiet street, the hotel is placed within walking distance from most of the finest restaurants and popular tourist attractions in town. - The house keeps the authentic spirit of Valparaiso. Despite its entire restoration, this house built in 1880 maintains its wide spaces with rooms between 26 and 36 mtrs2 and 4-meter high roofs. In addition, natural light reaches every one of its cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms. Wooden floors, bricks and stones, original doors and windows combine smoothly with contemporary furniture. Details such as 400-yarn Egyptian cotton sheets, 600 gram cotton bath towels, or alpaca bedspread, make the mix between tradition and modernity a real pleasure. - Zerohotel proposes an intimate space. With 9 rooms only, usually less than 15 guests are in the house at the same time.
