Fabulous Hotel!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the standard room but it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service was great not only at the front desk but at the restaurant and stores as well. This was the best hotel we have stayed at by far.

The European jewel in Midway

My wife and I found this hotel via hotel.com and we were very fortunate. This hotel has a very nice location and the service was excellent....everyone in the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved it and will go back there again in future.

The bells rang true...

I was afraid that my German born husband might think this hotel a little hokey, but he actually liked it. The bells ringing were a really nice touch. The swiss hotel outfits were over the top, but everyone was very friendly. The decor was nice and the lobby's hot apple cinnamon drink smelled great. Overall a nice stay.

Great resort

My ONLY complaint about the hotel, and it's minor, is that there was construction (or something) going on directly above our room which ended about 10 P.M. It didn't affect our sleep, but it was annoying. Other than that, great room, great resort and great price.

I love this hotel but...

they front desk staff is often confused. We booked a package and prepaid. My husband had to go back repeatedly to fix billing issues and get to package items. They were always polite and helpful, but often quite clueless. Eventually, all issues were corrected. This was our second visit and we had similar issues last time as well. We love the location, pool, and villas so we will return again.

Amazing

Our stay was amazing and they were right ontop of anything we requested. Best service I've ever had! Def recomend it.

Deceptive

The fact that there was no cell phone service available other than T Mobile was shocking to us as the hotel bills itself as a conference center. How can a hotel which is marketing itself to business travellers not have cell service? Incredible and extremely inconvenient in this day and age!

Service was Terrible!

The right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing at this hotel. No one ever seemed to have a good answer for a question, questions weren't answered consistantly, phone calls weren't answered promptly, shuttle service to and from ski resorts was difficult, etc. The service made our stay at an otherwise nice hotel very frustrating and difficult.

good but watch out for resort fee

everything was great. the only disappointment was an unannounced $20 "resort fee" which they claim is for valet parking and internet, neither of which we used. so, beware this added cost.
