My wife and I took my son to ASU for his first college life. The people at the Wyndham and the area around the Hotel were helpful and kind. I have given there name and number to many friends since comming back from Phoenix. Stay here it's the best...

Great hotel - but room by elevator - VFW convention in town and very loud at nite.

Great Hotel

We always stayed at the Hyatt in downtown Phoenix to go to the game, but they were full. They Wyndham may have been nicer than the Hyatt. It was a very quiet nice place that is convenient to everywhere in downtown Phoenix. I would recommend it to anyone.

needs improvement

hotel was wonderful it was the staff. Made us feel like we were intruding on them when we asked for anything. I would go some where else if I had to stay in Phoenix again,

Parking fees

We were surprised when charges were made in the amount of $23 per day for parking at the hotel. This was not disclosed when we made the reservation, nor when we checked into the hotel. It would be easier to take if the parking fee was automatically included in the room price...not an add on when we had no other choice for parking.

great downtown location, within walking distance to chase field. nice clean room. highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel

Great hotel and convenient location for our business and vacation stay. Nice price for a hot summer room. Close to downtown sporting events new resteraunts and metro rail.

Great place to stay

This hotel was incredible inside. The lobby, elevators and rooms were superb. The hallways look like they needed some TLC but overall I would recommend this hotel for Business and Pleasure. I felt comfortable with my family there and it was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field.

Parking

i felt that the parking, could have been better. I did not like that parking was full service for an extra 23.00. i wish i was told , or could some where for less or free.

Good Hotel-EXPENSIVE PARKING!!!!

I got a great deal on the room, but was surprised to find out that there is NO self parking and the valet parking was $23! It wouldn't have been a big deal if I had been expecting to pay this amount. Also, when I tried to call the front desk/concierge no one ever picked up the phone (I finally gave up after 20-30 rings) Other than that, it was an absolutely beautiful room in a nice part of town.
