Wyndham Orlando Resort

Horrible hotel.

This hotel is disgusting at best. Don't stay at this hotel. There are MANY other hotels righ next door. Do yourself a huge favor and use one of the other hotels.

bathroom was hideous

we didn't dare remove our shoes in the bathroom. the tub floor was disgusting and the water didn't drain so i felt more dirty after my shower! there was a musty moldy smell in the room. i would not stay at this hotel again regardless of the convenient location. i don't even know how it got that many stars! i've stayed at lower rated hotels and had cleaner rooms!

Not What A Wyndam Should Be

This is my second Wyndam in 2 years where it has fallen short of the Wyndam quality. Internet access (assumed) was $9.95 per day. The hotel tacked on RESORT FEES or and above what I paid for in advance for my stay. The place did have two StarBucks on property run independently and nice pool area and outdoor bar. Room quality and interior of the hotel was not Wyndam quality.... rather more like other mid level chains. The room safe was actually missing from one room and in my second room it was sitting loose on the cabinet (weighing about 10 lbs.) and I could have carried it off.

Great room for the money

They say "Pet Friendly?" Not At All!!!!

The Wyndham Resort "claims" to be a pet friendly hotel, but they really are not. They charge a $50 dollar fee NON-refundable, AND you cannot leave your pet alone in the room at all! I asked the manager what was the point of going to Orlando if your going to stay in room 24 hours a day and never leave the room??? The manager rudely told me that they were not a kennel. I couldn't believe that they expected me to pay $50 just to have my 12 lb dog sleep there and then pay to put her in a kennel while I went to eat breakfast. I found the customer service very poor, not to mention my room needed a paint job because there were marks all over the walls by the door. That was the 2nd and last time Wyndham was going to give me poor service. Never staying at a Wyndham again.

Clean but had a moldy smell

Was in 4-5 different rooms from other attendees and all rooms had a moldy smell. Had room service respray. Other than that a great stay.

Breath of Fresh air and Hard Wood Floors

The room had hard wood floors!! We had three beds, one king and a bunk bed, and the mattresses on all three were super comfy!! We fell asleep immediately. My brother complained that he didnt want to go home because his bed was not as comfortable. Room service was good, our food was undercooked, but it was so good we ate it anyway! No elevators. The rooms had two (regular)TVs, two tables, a mini fridge and the usual you get in a hotel. What would have made it perfect was a microwave. I must have called down to the front desk ten or so times, for room service, information, a taxi etc. and they were nice to me every time. Only problem we had, was the walls are PAPER THIN and our neighbors were kinda rowdy at 4am, but we just walked over there and asked them to be quiet. Well, worth the money and then some!!

great room for the money

It did smell alittle in the room like humidity but the bed was comfortable and the location was great. We had one night that we couldn't find parking close to our room but the other nights were great. Not a bad hotel for the price.

Overall Satisfied

Our stay here was great. They have a really nice courtyard, the view is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the pool was a little to cold for us. We really enjoyed the poolside bar. The room was alright, a little mildew but overall nice.
