great location

The vacation was as always a great getaway with the amenities offered by the hotel to keep the kids busy. Only disappointment was the "obscured view of the ocean" room, had no view of the ocean...just two windows facing east into an interior hall.

Not recommended

This hotel almost ruined my vacation. It was very dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and It was very packed. I still remember how badly the room smells, or how disgusting the bathroom was. The pools are alright, but the water is very dirty and highly chlorinated, dont be surprised if you come out covered in hair. The bar service was very sad, and you can only order food to 3 P.M.

Good Hotel

The hotel is good and conveniently located on the beach. We stayed at a one bedroom condo with was plenty big for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river however spent most time at the beach.

Good Hotel if You only have on car

The hotel only offers 1 parking spot per reservation. If you have a 4 bedroom unit you still only get one parking spot. Talk to one of the bellman and they can get you an extra parking pass if you have more than 1 vehicle. Pool is awesome and they sell 16 oz draft beers by the pool for $3.00. You can also take a small cooler down with beer in a can and drink. No glass permitted on the pool deck. Good hotel for kids to enjoy. Has an indoor mini golf course.

Location to Ocean Center was perfect!

Except for initial problems with check-in (additional family members also staying @ the hotel did not have a room even though previously reserved), my stay @ the hotel was great.

Could care less

This location is more concerned about selling timeshares and condos and not rental guests. Had problems with room and they would not change room. They do not clean the room until you leave. You must wash your own towels etc. Lights did not work, no room darkener shades so light shined in all night. No TV remotes to be found. Don't believe the pictures unless you want to buy a condo or timeshare.

lounge chair hogging

great hotel except was not able to sit by pool for 5 minutes. Most of chairs surrounding me were empty except for towels. Staff saw people come down and place towels on chairs to book starting at 0630 am. Even saw people place 2 sets of towels, by pool and outer pool deck to sun bathe. Suggest staff check towels every 30 minutes and if no one there, remove towels. Beautiful pools with great selection of towels on their lounge chairs.

Wonderful family fun

It was a great place to take the kids. So much to do at the hotel and close by that you don't even need to get in the car till time to go home. Only thing I wish was that wireless internet worked in the room not just the lobby cause I didn't want to go down there to go online

Great place to stay

A little tough getting checked in even though the people were great. After that, everything was excellent. Just keep in mind, there is no maid svce.

master bedroom

great location everything great but one problem Bedroom window had view of hallway and their was a light on all night to keep the hall lite. Their were wide slot blinds that let the light shine in they need to install heavy duty black out drapes to keep the light out of the bedroom. Other than that, an outstanding condo i hope they fix this problem too nice of condo to have this in the master bedroom just install heavy black out drapes
