Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 187Good Overall.... except
THe hotel and staff were very good. However, the Jacuzzi was not working - must be me. This is the second Hotels.com hotel in a row that had this problem.

The rooms was very convenient and very nice. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! At a great rate, you get a fantastic room with great customer service! I will be coming back next time I stay in Atlanta.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 187Great hotel
Some of my friends stayed about 3 blocks away in a much smaller room for more money. This was definitely worth the money for the short walk.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 187Overall, Very nice
Very nice hotel. Large rooms for a city hotel. Room was clean and staff was nice. Convenient location for attractions such as the aquarium, children's museum, etc...about a 15 minute walk to these attractions. Only thing that was a little disappointing was that the hotel did not offer any complimentary coffee or water in the lobby, which is always nice when you are traveling and away from home.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 187I'll try someplace else next visit
Although the room was quite large, it was lacking. The furnishings looked old and worn and there was no basic hotel information in the room. The vanity in the bathroom appeared newer than the flooring and tub. The worst part of the room was the AC/Heating unit. It was extremely loud - too loud to count as white noise. I will be staying elsewhere next trip to Atlanta.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 187Terrible customer service
The hotel was clean and convenient but the front desk crew were extremely rude and unhelpful. Upon check in there was a booking problem that was met with hostitlity and upon checking out I was rudely asked if I smoked in the room, which I did not.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 187Excellent Hotel for the price
This hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed. For the price we paid, it had a great location right near most of the major attrqactions in Atlanta. The quality of the room was excellent, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The room service was realy good, plus the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant food was very good quality. This hotel can definately be recommended to anyone

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 187Great Room- Less than great service
Our actual room was beautiful and more spacious than we expected. It had plenty of room and it was nicely decorated. The rest of the hotel seemed a little run down, but they take great care of the guest rooms. My only complaint is that the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. The front desk was often unattended, you have to pay for parking, there's no complimentary breakfast, and they charge you for a daily newspaper unless you decline. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable room, this is your place. If you're looking for smiling faces and helpful staff, it's not.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 187Transportation might be an issue
The hotel was fine. The staff was nice, and I wasn't disturbed. There are no smoking rooms so whenever I wanted a cigarette I had to go outside. The public transportation in Atlanta leaves much to be desired. So be sure to rent a car when you're there otherwise you'll be at the mercy of the inconsistent taxi service.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 187Form Over Function
At first glance, the hotel room looks like a knock up. The room is spacious. The furniture is chic. Then it's time to work. And you find the desktop gooseneck lamp and the two others bedside do put out enough light. The neck of the desk lamp is almost rigid so you have a lamp staring you in the face. The hotel's location is poor. It's actually connected to another lower priced property and at the bottom of a hill. Nice going down, but hard going into town. And the hotel is on the fringe of the tourist district and not in the best of neighborhoods.

Hotel staff was rude and not very helpful. Parking at the hotel was expensive and added to the cost of the stay which was not mentioned at booking. Housekeeping knocks on all doors early in the morning waking guests without remorse. Overall, the hotel was not customer friendly. I would not stay there again.

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh with a comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again without hesitation. Great for a vacation stay.
