Perfect location at the right price

My husband and I stayed here to see two concerts at the House of Blues. The room was clean and comfortable and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The free shuttle will take you anywhere in Cleveland and our driver was encredibly friendly and helpful. We knew ahead of time about the $22 a day valet parking and found that there is a public parking garage right behind the hotel. We paid $6 a day and only had to walk around the corner to get to the hotel. I loved this hotel and will be back. Great value for your money!

Adequate Accomodations at Decent Price

The Hotel is in a great spot. The Wyndham Cleveland is one of the few hotels in area that permit pets, so this was a huge plus for us. Our four legged friend is quite large and they agreed to waive their weight restrictions so we happily stayed here. The price was great and the location was safe and convienant to area events. They offer valet parking or you can park in a secured garage that is locked 10:00pm until 6:00am for much cheaper. All was fine, except the room was in need of some extra cleaning and/or attention. There was an iron, but no ironing board or hangers. Perhaps our room was a bit run down because we were on the pet floor, but it was kind of tired. All in all it was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

Great Room for the Money

Located in the center of Playhouse Square, it is a great location if you are attending events at one of the theaters. However, there is a shortage of places to eat (outside of the hotel) on the weekend.

Excellent for the Price

My wife and I have a 2 yr old and 8 month old. We wanted rest for our 16th anniversary. I was disappointed to learn the jacuzzi was not working. I was SOOOO looking forward to that with a vodka on the rocks. However, the hotel provided us with a FREE breakfast (excellent buffet) to compensate for the jacuzzi. As a business owner myself, I think it's important to get something of value when the service or a product falls short or is broken etc. I realize things break, customers plug up toilets etc. but, the business must make up for it, and they indeed did. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was very nice. The only other "negative" was that the lobby bathrooms were closed and the other bathrooms were filthy. There were beer bottles, and dirty toilets/floors. It was 10am in the morning which should have been plenty of time to clean up after a wedding party or whatever. But, I do recommend the hotel for the price for sure.

VERY NICE HOTEL!

The staff was very helpfull and informed about the Cleveland area. Our room was clean and well furbished. This is a great location to stay if you are going to a Brown's or Indian's game. The theatre is literally around the corner. For price that we paid, I would stay there again.

Solid Hotel

The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The jacuzzi was down when we stayed there which made it less than desireable, but overall it is a good hotel with a high level of comfort.

Exactly what I needed

The location of this hotel was great... within walking distance to so much and a shuttle for the stuff a little too far to walk to! The only negatives were the spa being closed for repair and the in-room movie rentals not working properly. Hotel staff was great!

Great Staff

very kind & helpful staff for tourists

Great hotel but...

The hotel itself was beautiful. The main parts that needed improvement was parking and its billing system. I was double billed when i checked in. Their computer system somehow charged me the entire price of my stay as well as 25 per day for additional fees like valet or room service.

Blemish on a Perfect Weekend

I took my boyfriend on a surprise weekend away and was completely disappointed from the get-go with this hotel. The lobby smelled like vomit...literally. The bed sank in the middle, the toilet ran, and the shower was pathetic. The staff was nice but unfortunately that did not make up for the rest of the hotel. I would never stay at a Wyndham again.

Perfect!

Great location, the service was incredible, the restaurant was awesome, the valet expedient. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.
