"Outstanding Hotel"

We were well greeted, room very very nice, bed was extremely comfy. Great hotel & staff.

Wonderful, but.....

The one thing I have never heard of at any hotel is that "We don't have any quarters, not even enough for a dollar, or actually just 2 quarters". That seemed a little ridiculous to me, its like she didnt even want to give her service to help someone, except tell them to ride down the road to get quarters! "Never heard of it!"

great hotel for the money

I couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for the money. Great hot breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Great value for money.

The hotel seems brand new and has all the facilities you need. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

"An affordable splurge"

The desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was immaculate and large. The free breakfast was bigger than most I have seen and had decent variety. This hotel had the extra amenities we wanted (pool and a hot tub) and was an affordable splurge for a weekend road trip.

Comfortable stay

Room was very nice. Bedding was crisp and clean. Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Spots on the floor and tub oould have been clearer. The continental breakfast was good.

Absolutely Perfect!

I can't say enough about this place! We are just passing through on a road trip. It's very nice and definately new(er) with all the amenities you need and more! The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated! The beds are very nice, the sheets are soft and the blanket is really nice too. We even took pics! Everything is in that room. The microwave, larger than usual fridge, and lots of little things even including makeup remover! Soft and large towels. Everything was very clean. They have a nice fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, coin laundry, and all the usuals. Their breakfast was great too. They had yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, eggs, omlets, bacon, waffles, buscuts and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee. It was really nice. The staff was very kind, well mannered and helpful! The only thing we had an issue with is the address provided (which is their real address) it isn't in the GPS or even on Mapquest yet since it's so new. The staff informed me that they have been trying to get it fixed and updated. So just make sure you don't go to Cypress Centre Dr make sure it's a BLVD! The Drive took us way out in the country and then where the pavement ends. It was a scary area with homes that you wouldn't think anyone would live there, but they did. So not the hotels fault. But just a heads up. Basically don't use a GPS or Mapquest to find it. Call the hotel for directions or look for it off of S Frontage Road. It is definately worth going there. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel! I wish I could go back!

Cozy and Clean

The room decoration was great, it was cozy and clean. The price was reasonable and the location was good. My only suggestion is to leave the "do not disturb" tag on the door. Houskeeping came at 8:35 and I was looking to sleep LATE...check out is not till 11! That was a little annoying but otherwise was a great trip!

A few issues but pretty good overall

I'm not sure when this hotel opened but it appeared to be pretty new. Considering that, I'm going to forget a few issues I had on the first visit and probably try this one again next time I'm in town. Some of the late night hotel staff was not very friendly. There were also a few small issues that should not have been problems in a brand new hotel. There was a soda machine and an ice maker right beside each other on the second floor but neither of them were plugged in and/or working... we had to get in the elevator and go down to the 1st floor to get ice, there was no soda machine on the 2nd floor. The "24hr" fitness room was closed with the lights off late at night and I was pretty much asked to leave the lobby because it was "getting late" one night. Other than that this place was very comfortable and had a nice appeal.

Completely Satisfied

Great service, good location, we will definitely be back! Only problem that we experianced was the mini frige was froze up and would not cool. We called the front desk and within 10 minutes our frige had been changed out.
