A Great Stay

We always enjoy staying at the Wingate...the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is wonderful to have, and the addition of the new lounge was a pleasant surprise!

somewhat satisfied

1- May consider to add a restaurant or at least a sandw shop type for guest who come back from Bush Gardens and do not feel like "going out" for dinner. 2- Doors in rooms are not so sound proof, my room was closed by laundry room and I could hear it at night,in addition, some others guess knocking,laughing or chatting on hallways after 12 midnight were disturbing my sleep. 3- Staff were courteous, friendly and polite. 4- Please accept my constructive criticism to improve your place towards an outstanding rating.

Great location

Hotel was very nice and convenient to all of out destinations. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The only complaint was the water in the showers was not very warm. Reported this at the front desk as we were leaving and they said they would take care of it.

Good hotel VERY close to Busch Gardens

This hotel was new, clean, fairly comfortable and priced very good. Just a mile down the road from Busch Gardens made it even better for the family. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Room had microwave and small fridge. Although the mattress was new it could be a little too soft for some if you need a very firm bed. Air Conditioning unit may be a bit too loud for light sleepers. Family and kids were happy.

Great Room for the Money

Very quiet. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to a number of Tampa attractions.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel was close to USF, literally down the road, and very clean. I slept very well and were very accommodating.

The Place to stay for Bush Gardens

The staff was really helpfull ,hot tub was great and the breakfast was good . Anyone going to Bush Gardens wants to stay there ! We stayed at three Hotels when we visted Floida and liked this one the best!
