Clean and comfortable

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. We had driven for about 12 hours that day and were tired. We were hungry but didn't want to go out to eat because we were so weary. Imagine our suprise and delight when, as we were checking in, the front desk clerk offered us chicken noodle soup. (It was where breakfast would be the next morning). I don't know how often they offer soup but it was filling, delicious, free, and RIGHT THERE! The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Great Amenities

This hotel is just blocks from the airport. They provide free parking for up to 14 days with one night stay. They also provide a free airport shuttle. We stayed the night, left the car, took the shuttle and it was wonderful. The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool/water park but it looked like fun.

Noisy Guests Rule

Everything seemed great except the fact that the guests next door were yelling, not talking until 4 AM! I called the front desk twice but they didn't seem interested in solving the problem. A clean hotel does little good if the staff doesn't want to keep the place quiet enough to get some sleep.

I'd stay here anytime.

We were delighted with this hotel. The water park was great and it was easy to monitor our children. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet and was ready before the stated hours. Transportation to the airport was available on demand. Staff were friendly and eager to please. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.

Really uncomfortable night

Pillows were awful. Haven't been on a worse one in a long time. Could not control air... remained on high the entire night even though we attempted to turn it down. BRRR! Room above us was very noisy as well.

Nice hotel just off Freeway

Pretty decent hotel. We wante to stay there mostly for the kids to swim in pool and slides. When we got there, someone had just become sick in the pool at 830pm, and they closed it the ret of the night. Did open in the am til almost checkout, so not hotels fault, but maybe could have been more proactive on getting pool ready. Otherwise, reat hotel. Added $$$ for pool, otherwise normal hotel, could be more inexpensive.

Outstanding Hotel For Families!

We were just looking for a quick place to stay on our way home from Yellowstone when we came across this gem. We have four children and to their delight, the hotel had an indoor water park and hot tub. There were two slides, a little kid section and the hot tub. There was also a life guard on duty. One slide is large enough for an adult to go down with a small child. The other goes really fast and the parents were having as much fun as the children! They also has a great breakfast included...eggs, sausage, hot waffles, bagels, juice, fruit, etc. The room was spacious for all of us and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Overall, we were all VERY happy with this hotel and plan to look up other Wingates on our future travels.

Quiet, clean rooms

Rooms are very quiet and clean, would recommend Wingate Hotel to others. Extremely helpful staff. Have stayed at Wingate Hotels before and plan to again!
