It's definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Atlanta but the breakfast selection is not that good. They have not many options for breakfast. Otherwise it's very clean and well maintained hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 92Great Staff and room issues.
During my stay I had several issues with the first room I was placed in. The AC unit was not marked to let you know how to turn on the heat, but a very helpful woman from housekeeping assisted me. Then the floor behind the bed was wet due to a leaking AC unit. Vicki the front desk clerk then moved me to a suite. After all of this was settled, my stay was great.

Great room for the money, This place rivals most of the larger most expensive places for half the price. Rooms and amenities are very nice, The TVs are slightly outdated, and the way they are placed in cabinets makes them difficult to see clearly from any angle but the bed. All in all great value

I've given this hotel great ratings for value and service...one thing I've failed to mention is that I really enjoy the coffee. The rooms are all equipped with one of those one cup coffee "pod" systems.... you put in a "pod" (Wolfgang Puck) and one cup of water and you get a great fresh brewed cup of coffee all the time. It may seem insignificant to many but it’s the little things like this and the fact that the Internet and breakfast are all included, and the friendliness of the staff that really add up to make a great value.

Clean grounds, clean lobby, very pleasant receptionist, clean room, decent hot breakfast, great shower, clean linens. We had the 2nd floor, stayed three nights, our room overlooked the highway, and we had easy access to lots of restaurants, the mall, and major roads. You might need some background noise like a small fan or soft radio to drown out the traffic while you're going to sleep though. We would stay here again.

We needed a hotel in a central location in Atlanta for several events and this was great place to stay! Not as much traffic as being downtown, with restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel itself was very nice- nice breakfast, pool, and room. A few things that would have made our stay better: our carpet was rather dirty- in need of a cleaning and the breakfast was broken down earlier than was posted a few of the mornings. Two of the mornings, breakfast was being cleaned up 30-45 minutes before it was supposed to end- the selection closer to the breakfast end time was poor, at best, even with crowds of people coming down for breakfast. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here (we were there for 4 days).

Outstanding Hotel,Great room for the money. The thing I like best beside the friendly and professional staff is the all inclusive internet and hot breakfast. Most hotels nickle and dime you and it's just more expenses to keep up with and submit. The wirless internet quality is poor but you can also plug in and get good solid wired access which is what I do and I have no problem. Breakfast struggled this week, ran out of eggs, ran of forks, ran out of other things...but that's not the norm so i can over look it.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, but they didn't state their breakfast service closed promptly at 9 a.m.... We paid extra for the breakfast, but got there around 9:15 or 9:30, and everything was put away, even the coffee and juice...which the staff briskly told us... Also the hot tub was "out of service"

Everything worked out great for me at this hotel. The hotel employee that checked me in I think her name was Vorise was extremely nice. Breakfast bar was clean and the breakfast host asked how my stay was and I was surprised. I used the Fitness center and everything worked perfectly. I had an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel and the next time I am traveling thru Atlanta I will definitely stay here.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 92Amazing Customer Service
I was attending a conference at another hotel about a mile away, however, the Wingate was close enough for me to shuttle over during the day. The friendly staff was very accommodating to those of us needing shuttle service even though it was outside of the normal hours the shuttle usually runs. Breakfast in the morning was great, and the rooms were spotless! I would definitely stay here again!
