clean and comfortable

We had to be switched to a different room as our tv did not work and it looked as if the pool area was closed very early versus what the sign depicted.

The Wingate was clean, ueasily usable and provided a good breakfast. It was a good value for the money.

Better than expected.

The Wingate was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. They talked to the guests, not at or around them. There were no issues with my prepaid reservation. The small hotel gym was okay; just enough to work off some of the road food. The rooms were good size, clean and quiet. The beds were almost as good as my bed at home. I would stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Even though I paid through hotels.com, the hotel charged my credit card for the room twice. GM at the hotel was rude and it took 15 minutes of arguing before she actually looked to see what they had done. Now, 1 week after my stay, I have to wait 3-5 more days before they credit me for 2 charges that they should have NEVER even charged me for. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

Simple

Simple hotel, positives are great breakfast bar and clean facilities, negatives no restaurant or bar and if you did not have transportation VERY limited to eateries.

Pleasant Surprise

Room was much nicer than expected - it was a mini suite, with a nice little wet bar. Room was clean and comfortable. BEd was nice. Definitely worth the price, would stay there again

Great mid range hotel for this area. Good service, good breakfast area. Nice room setup.
