    This room was the most comfortable and cleanest room I have stayed in Rio de Janeiro. Very near central areas of special interest for tourism. I cannot complain completely because I was not there primary to be on internet the entire vacation, and I am not the best at internet configuration, but the worst event was wireless internet. I had to go to the lobby to access my wireless internet for important emails. Any way this could be improved I would give 4.5 stars, because of inconvenience of having to move equipment downstairs and back to room. The overall stay was excellent and comfortableness was matched to exceed expectations. Thanks People Of Rio

    We can't say enough good about The Windsor Palace. The location, the staff, the housekeeping, the breakfasts and the helpful English speaking personnel at the front desk. We felt welcome and that our business was appreciated.
