Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 279Roach Motel, Ok for the price...
Basically, the hotels in the same area are at least double the money. This one needs serious improvement. I felt afraid to get under the covers in the bed, and was reluctant to take a shower. Would definitely suggest paying more for a nicer place.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 279Great location, rooms need upgrade!
I give a ¨fair¨ qualification to the hotel, mostly because the rooms need some improvement. They´re somewhat old and smell humid.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 279Great room for the money
The room was very good, bed very comfortable, very good location, near of the principal malls and local comercials in general. The main problem was with the lock of the door, it is very old and now are not working very good... We had to complain a lot of times with the management and the maintenance gay had to opened the door several times. In general the hotel is good when you travel with a reduce budget. I dont recomend this hotel for long stays.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 279Good value
We were surprised with the quality of the hotel considering the great price. Great place if just looking for somewhere to sleep. PROS: great location to Tampa attractions; nice courtyard; excellent bar/grill inside hotel; ice and vending machines on each floor CONS: surrounded by strip clubs; door locks were atrocious- had to slide the card key MANY times before it would read; rooms in courtyard are susceptible to late night conversation (it echoes); front desk service could be friendlier

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 279Fairly Priced Rooms
THe hotel staff was very nice and check in was quick. There was no help with bags but parking was close to my room and elevators. The pool area was very dirty. Ripped up coke cans, puddles of sitting water and garabage around pool area. There were clean towels available outside by pool which was very nice. Hotel was quite, in a safe neighborhood and fairly priced. My husband and I stayed there while our hiome was being renovated and it was worth what we paid. We checked out early because our home was finished ahead of schedule and the hotel was very quick with refunding our money and we only paid a small fee for checking out early. Over all good experience.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 279Great Location for Tampa Football
I booked this hotel for a visit to see the Bucs play the giants. Hotel is very close to Stadium. Not within walking but a 3 min drive tops. Hotel was very nice considering price I paid last minute. Woman at check in was very nice and talkative. Rooms are very spacious and there is a pool and two bars/resturants.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 279Great location, horrible bed
Most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever been in. Also, they don't bother with full bottom sheets, only tucked in flat sheets.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 279Ghetto
Had people running around all night drinking and partying. It seemed as a place where people went to party. Most of them looked to be 18-20 years old. If your looking for a place to get down it may be o.k. Not recommended at all for a family.

Need some help at the front desk. I checked out. There was no one there. Rooms are shabby. Place needs an upgrade. Great restaurant and lounge.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 279Needs Improvement
The hotel location was great, and the room was sufficient for what we needed it for--a quick overnight stay for after a day long workshop and a Rays game that night. The room was clean, per se, but could have been more comfortable. The beds were very hard and the carpet seemed to pucker under your feet when you walked around. My biggest complaint was that there was a gap in our room door when it was closed. The entire night, even with the air on, it felt sticky and humid--even the bed sheets. I think I would spend a few extra dollars and stay at a hotel with more comfortable accomodations.
