Warwick Seattle Hotel

nice hotel

Very nice hotel for the price. Location Walked back later for dinner. Able to walk to the ferry and took the monorail to the Space Needle. Lounge was very comfortable. Loved the fire in the lobby. Service was nice and the people were very helpful.

Don't Forget About Parking

Hotel was nice, Service was so-so. Location is good if you are looking to shop or hang out at the Space Needle but otherwise location is not the most convenient. I may be new to Seattle, but I was floored when the hotel charged us $27/day for parking. Don't forget to budget for that.

Great value. Walking distance to downtown

This is a really nice little hotel. It is not fancy, but the place was clean, well maintained, and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Great location and good quality at a fair price.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, i walk to market pike place and it's close to everywhere, great location, great price and the restaurant inside have good quality of food. i ordered a room service from the restaurant downstair and the food was outstanding. not cheap though.

Mediocre Hotel

This hotel was fine for what we needed; a convenient location for a night before heading to the airport. The hotel is dated but appeared to be clean and the staff was nice.

Great Location

It's not a super-busy neighborhood which is nice, but it's also not a very long walk to Pike Place Market or other shopping areas. We also had a perfect view of the Space Needle from our window. The only irritating thing was not being able to get an early check-in, and having flown in at 9am, waiting until 3:00 was torture, but at least they let us check our bags, and the bartender in the comfy sports bar was really cool about us falling asleep in there ... oops!

Great location, close to Belltown. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a first class hotel.

Proximity to Everything, comfort-okay

If you want a close hotel to EVERYTHING-this is it, but it comes with no bells or whistles. The staff didn't seem to be too friendly. The parking is an additional $27/night. Would stay again-only for the location though.

Dirty elevators and halls.

This hotel is a 2.5 star not 3.5. The room was clean and looked fairly new but the bed was sub par and the bed spred very old school( cheap polyester ). We had a message from the frony desk that said we were checking out a day earlier than our reservation stated. A street person was allowed to use the restroom on the second floor by the front desk and got in the elevator with my husband and myself. If I was a woman traveling alone I would have been very frightened. Halls and elevators filthy.

nice hotel...front desk people very helpful...good location for the market and bars/lounges downtown...very accomodating to our needs
