    We couldn't ask for a better experience then what we had at The Wailea Grand Champion Resort. The condo was well maintained and grounds/pool were beautiful. The condo was well stocked and decorated and the staff couldn't have been more courteous. We are already planning our return for next year!

    Best sunsets we saw in all of HI were in Wailea. Great view from our porch. Check in service was exceptionally helpful and we were allowed an 8pm checkout to accommodate our red-eye flight. This was exceptionally helpful and allowed us a stress free full last day in HI. Nice surprise that they were this accommodating. Room itself was comfy - nothing spectacular but roomy and clean with a comfy bed and couches and good shower. We felt like it was a great value for the money.

Location. The Wailea Grand Champions - Destination Resorts stands adjacent to the award-winning Wailea Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Club in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. Set along a hillside on Maui's south shore, the resort is located near world-class dive sites. The Shops at Wailea are positioned one-quarter mile away.

Hotel Features. The Wailea Grand Champions - Destination Resorts stands amid manicured gardens that slope toward the Pacific shoreline. Although the resort does not offer restaurants, there are several dining establishments located nearby. The resort offers barbecue grills located in a designated picnic area. Recreational amenities include two outdoor pools and two spa tubs.

Guestrooms. This property offers 188 guestrooms housed in two- and three-story buildings. The guestrooms are individually decorated and feature full kitchens with refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers and microwave ovens. Accommodations extend onto balconies, most with garden views. Room amenities include cable television, complimentary high-speed Internet access, VCR/DVD players, and CD stereos. Units feature washers and dryers. All rooms are stocked with linens and beach towels.

Expert Tip. A grand stretch of sand known as Ulua Beach is located one-half mile north of the resort. The waters off this beach offer stellar snorkeling opportunities and great boogie boarding, plus it is considered by many to be one of the Pacific's most beautiful coastlines.
