Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 85Okay Place to Stay
This is definitely a no-frills kind of place, which is usually okay with me. The window had a broken latch and wouldn't lock, which wasn't as okay with me. I arrived late at night and had to check in at the hotel next door, which was mildly annoying, and because no one was at the hotel's front desk, I couldn't get a wake up call or help with the broken window. I doubt that I will stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 85Decent Hotel
The hotel room itself is small. The location is great and its a safe area to walk around in. A partial ocean view was only blocked by other hotels. I would stay there again but if I had the budget, I would stay in a more resort style hotel if I was on vacation. I was there on business and it fit my needs

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 85Great Location and Price
Hotel is within walking distance of Waikiki. Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse across the street. Excellent view.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 85Fantastic deal for the location!
The room was very spacious and had a very comfy bed with extra bedding. THe kitchenette was not very well stocked with dishes and utensils, but with the value, you can't go wrong!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 85Pretty good hotel overall
I have stayed there about 6 times or so in the last year. It's a pretty nice hotel for the price. Pool, Jacuzzi, and a tennis court is cool too. The only thing that sucked was they don't really tuck the sheets in very well and sometimes you wake up on a sketchy mattress. My girlfriend dubbed it the "sketchress". The laugh was worth it. Good times.

This hotel is conveniently located, parking is a challenge at times but the rooms is adequete if yu just plan to sleep in room. Hotel is currenly under minor renovations. But all for the money it is worth it.

The room was never vacuumed the three days there on the beginning of our trip. The room had a funny odor to it. And the second room we got on the return from our cruise was never vacuumed either. I would not stay there again. The only thing you have going for you is the location.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 85Some oddities
Registration is at the hotel next door. You're required to sign a form declaring that any evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room will incur an extra $250 charge; then I found two cigarette butts in the trash can. It felt like a scam, but the staff were very nice and appropriately chagrined at this. There are absolutely no frills, but the room is basically clean and certainly comfortable, and the location is not bad.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 85Very basic room for a decent price
This hotel absolutely does not offer many amenities and appears to be a condo building that has been turned into a hotel. It serves its purpose if all you are looking for is a place to lay your head at night, but will definitely disappoint if you are used to standard hotel amenities. The room is pretty clean but the bathroom was below average in cleanliness.

While in a good Waikiki location, the "condo" nature of this hotel suggests lots of absentee owners, and it shows. Filthy hallway carpets, incredibly slow elevators [36 story building!] and stuffy, moldy room smell made for an unpleasant surprise.

Good room for $$$. Elevator keys did not work all the time.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 85Perfect Location, great deal
Depending upon your plans this hotel is in the most perfect location. It is only a short distance to EVERYTHING! The malls, the beach, the marina are all closeby. If you don't feeling like walking there are several options for very cheap transporation right outside your door. The hotel was still in the process of renovations when we visiting. They were updating the rooms, decor, tvs and beds. Your stay will likely be even better than ours. The only complaint that I could voice was that the elevator did have problems for about a day and a half while we were there. That did make traveling to and from our room more difficult/slow. At that point, we were on the 40th floor. The views can not be beat. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay and both were great. (They moved us to one of the penthouse rooms for our last few days because they were replacing the ceramic tiles in the hallway on the floor in front of our room, their idea).
