good loction

the only 2 good things about this hotel, were the location and the gret service from some employees, like the bellboys, valet parking and some receptionists... besides that, i have nothing good to say.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to be close to Plaza del Sol, so it was great. The pool is wonderful and we would definetly go there again.

not bad if staying for a night or two

The room was ok, however, we were on the second floor right next to the busy street. You can hear the cars zoom by. We had a problem with the shower. The water would turn extremely hot all of a sudden when we would take a shower. Nevertheless the location was great. It is right next to "Plaza del Sol" mall.

Service is good, but room is too noisy, not suitable for babies

Hotel is well maintained, service is very good, everyone is very polite, the inly downside is that it is located on a very busy avenue and the room was extremely noisy, not good for babies, but it was nice to be able to walk to the mall.

Needs Improvement

We did not expect $3.oo per day for parking and also have to tip the valet parking. We spent a lot money on tips.
