Not only is the hotel beautiful, the staff is simply wonderful. We were treated with such kindness, we felt both special and welcomed.

Off-season stay

I stayed here in mid-October and I thought the value was tremendous. Although the hotel is a little out of the way, I loved the neighborhood.

The Perfect Holiday

The Virgina Hotel is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff seem eager to please and very competent. We had a wonderful vacation

Outstanding Find!

Although very old and historic, the Virginia Hotel has been updated to include all of the modern conveniences. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your room, or can be eaten on the extensive front porch. The staff, including the valets, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will return! The location is very close to the beach as well as the shopping and restaurant areas. Everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel

Our room was just beautiful, sparkling clean and lovely. The Virginia Hotel is a gem in Cape May, NJ and with good reason. We will be planning another stay there in the near future!

Great last minute off season deal

Fabulous stay mid week in late April. Great location, loved the continental breakfast. Room decor seemed modern-in the 70's, but that would be nitpicking. Very comfortable and would stay there again.

Charming Hotel

This hotel was lovely. Great location and extremely clean. The staff were very helpful. Lovely town, very quaint and charming.

Great Hotel

This is a fabulous Hotel. Very well kept. The service was great. The location is very good, withing walking distance to everything. I would recommend it. The parking is not the best, but there was parking nearby.

Wonderful Weekend

We spent a wonderful weekend in early April at the Virginia Hotel. The room was very nice -- not large, but well appointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. Dinner in the Ebbit Room was lovely, though not inexpensive by any means.

A very pleasant surprise

I wasn't sure what to expect from the hotel but I am very happy that we stayed there. This hotel has everything. The room was very comfortable with a great bed, shower room, and modern decor. The Ebbit Room restaurant served a delicious meal and the intimate lounge hosted a duo playing great music. Sitting next to the fireplace listening to expert musicians was the best place to be after dinner! I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, amenities, and location.
