Very Poor Quality Hotel

Worse hotel I ever lived in, I will never consider this hotel again. No service, no breakfast, no one is waiting for checking in (you need call someone on a notice they put on the door and waiting at least 30 minutes for them to come, when I was checking in, it was 2:00 am, too tired, and you still need to experience this). My trip was very good except this bad hotel, I regret so much to book this hotel. One more thing, we found bugs on bed.

Needs Improvement

This Hotel is not at all, how the pictures showing you!!!! It´s veryyyyy old and the neighbours were very loud at night. Bedides, we haven´t any breakfast, how they promised and the lobby is somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! We had a lot of ants in the room, it was just awfull.

Value for Money

The agent was very helpful and accommodating. The location was not the best, but food and shopping within 5 blocks easy walk. Street was a little noisy but the apt was mostly clean and comfortable. The only problems were the safe was locked so could not be used and the bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints and hair - presumed to be left by the cleaning person walking on the wet floor that was mopped with dirty water.

Overall Value

Checkin is a little difficult. Address given for the hotel was just one location within a block. Checkin agent was very courteous and helpful - worked with us. Overall value. Plenty of services/food/drug stores within 5 blocks. Only problem was the dirty footprints and hair on the bathroom floor. The cleaning person probably walked on the mopped floor while wet and left prints - indicating it was not that clean to begin with.

Reminds you of having your own apartment

I really liked the 1 bedroom I rented it was like a 1 bedroom apartment. I could walk out and get right on a bus for a 15 minute ride to South Beach. One block from the beach and a few blocks walking distance to a Walgreens, ATM or fast food if you wanted. I would love to stay there for all my future visits. One thing I will add though is that Housekeeping really should announce themselves before and while entering the rooms. They suprised me a few times.

I liked how the room has it's own kitchen so if u make some food you can.

Needs Improvement

Hotel as cold. we were there on a cold night. No Heater. Blankets were thin fleece blanket, bed was not comfortable. Bathroom in morning was cold. Neighbors could be heard the walls at 4 in the morning as if they were right outside our door.

My stay

Good hotel, but they do not have staff 24 hours. If you need something you need to call and sometimes they do not answer the phone. Also, a lot of times customers do not have a mobile, so you will need to find a public phone.

This hotel is very nice for a couples get away. That is what I used it for and we enjoyed it.

Caution! Description in hotels.com is different from reality. For late arrival absolute you must have a phone!

Good for thr Money

1 Bed apartments nicelly decorated. May have to park a block away and feed meter early in the morning. Over all not bad for the price if you are going to use it just to go and sleep.

Marvelous location excellent service rooms beds. very clean and well decorated.

Needs Improvement

Overall, it was an ok stay..however i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Parking was a hassle (having to wake up at 8am to feed a meter or movethe car). The worst part about it was that our room had termites (flying ones) all over the bedroom; and yes they switched rooms for us, but it still makes you never want to stay there again.
