Great Stay

My only complaint would be the walls and door are a bit thin, so I was able to hear the person snoring in the room next to mine and was also able to hear conversations out in the hallway. Thankfully, this was never much of an issue.

Much better than expected

This is a great hotel, in a great location, and convenient for tourists who don't mind walking half a mile or so to get to center city. My room was great, with a great view of the park. The furnishings in the elevator waiting areas could be a bit cleaner (some furniture has stains that can be easily cleaned with simple fabric treatments).

Much better than expected

Based on what I'd read, I was not expecting the quality I encountered. I had no problems with the hotel. It was clean, my room was big, I had a great view, and I got an excellent rate for a last-minute reservation. It is close to interesting restaurants and cafes and is a good walk (maybe 1km) into town along William St. Staff were efficient, civil, and attentive to guests' needs.
