Perfect place for a stay in Mallorca.

I had read mixed reviews about this relatively new hotel. Despite what I read I decided on this hotel based on the location, price and photos of the rooms. I was not disappointed. The location was perfect for walking down to the waterfront (approx 1 mile)and walking back was perfect for working off too much tapas and great wine. The staff were awesome, quick with suggestions for local places to eat and drink which were all perfect recommendations. They were quick to print out bus and train timetables and even drop off some mail. The rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos. Good luck finding another hotel even half as good at this price as the Palacio Avenida.
