Great Hotel for Stadium Events

Clean accommodations, a friendly staff and an ideal location for games and events at UW. Only a couple of blocks away from dozens of great little restaurants and bars. Outstanding shuttle service. Will definitely be staying again! Note: Manager Amanda is a class act!!

Great hotel with extras

Room was spotless and comfortable, and came with extras I didn't expect: mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The free parking was a huge bonus, considering how few Seattle hotels offer this type of amenity. I was impressed with the value of this hotel and will keep it in mind for future visits.

Great boutique hotel

The location is central to Seattle and very close to UW. Onsite parking makes getting in and out very easy. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. The rest of the amenities (room coffee, etc.) were a little better than standard. We got a good price via an online booking site.

Great place to stay

While in Seattle, this Hotel was wonderful. Close to Univ. of Washington and not far from greater Seattle area. They have a shuttle and that is wonderful.

Great service

I had lots of questions about the area and UW campus and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

Nice place at a good price

Our breakfast arrived late and was a little cold and the bathroom fan did not work. But, other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were all very courtious and helpful.

Overall very pleased

Very nice and comfortable small hotel. Appreciated the variety in breakfast choices and the afternoon snack was a nice surprise. We booked for the convienence of the shuttle to downtown and the zoo. ADVICE** decide and schedule your shuttle soon because they take guests first come first serve. One of the drivers was not very personable and made me feel rushed and "putting him out". But, besides him, wonderful service for those who don't like to drive in cities or find parking. ; )

Friendly and economical

The hotel staff was especially helpful and friendly. The location was in close proximity to the University (at which I was attending a conference) and downtown buses stopped right across the street. Excellent for the price.

Very Relaxing Hotel

Very friendly, love the shuttle service, free internet use in lobby, they recycle, great breakfast.

Hotel Tips

Don't get a room facing the Neon light on the front of the Hotel.
