Great room for the money

Delivers the executive experience, clean and spacious. Has all a hotel needs during a business trip.

Much room for improvement.

Cleanliness of room depended on the houskeeper, some days were excellent, some were poor. front Desk personell were not very helpful and friendly, there is never anyone at the front desk, always had to wait or yell for someone to come from the back office and always seemed as if you were a bother to them. Continental breakfast was very poor.

Spacious Clean Room

The room was very spacious and the entire hotel very clean. An excellent continental breakfast was provided with toast, coffee including cappuccino/french vanilla/mocha, pancake, waffle, english muffin, eggs, yogurt etc. Clean towels were provided everyday. Overall it was quite satisfactory and comfortable. The only problem I had was my room key from time to time stopped working but I would say that was neither here no there compared to what I got for the great price!

The Hotel Staff were wonderful...The location was Great as we were Centrally located to everywhere we had to go in the short time we were there...It was a trip i needed to make as it was to visit a An Ill friend...but both my boyfriend and i were Very satisfied overall with this Hotel and will most definatly Return to the same locatioon if we ever need to or want to go back to Visit Florida...My only 1 complaint is that i had to ask Housekeepin for clean towels...i tried to make their job a lil easier by makin the beds the 1st 2 days of our stay...on the 3rd day they never went and changed our linen...which i thought was supposed to be done daily...but maybe i was wrong in thinking that...because we spent an entire week @ this Hotel...it is well maintained...smells clean, beds are comfy..and as i said front desk and other staff were very Helpful in all areas...would most definaly reccomend this Hotel for others...not to mention it was quiet and serene....

excellent room for the money

This room was great for the price, its unbeatable, hotel is clean and room is nice. I would stay here again.

Ver Nice Hotel!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and great to stay in. They have free wi-fi internet, free pool, and a security gaurd that watches the parking lot at night. The area was good though so the security gaurd was only a plus. It was also only fifteen minutes from the beach!

Great Hotel

University Inn is very clean. The staff are so courteous. The continental breakfast has many choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Executive Hotel

Excellent hotel. The quitest hotel, we have ever stayed in. Pool was clean, and great to cool off in. Breakfast was better than most, a variety of foods to heat up. Great selection of coffees. Great stay.
