Universal's Loews Royal Pacific Resort

Pricey, but a very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel but you are paying for the location. The restaurant food was way above the usual hotel fare. It was also nice to have one of Emeril's restaurants right in the hotel. The water taxi made it easy to get to the parks and Citywalk. I would go back even though it's pricey.

perfect place for universal studio stay

stayed with a grandson and we BOTH had a wonderful stay being walking distance to the parks was wonderful and the pool area was great -

Excellent Hotel!!

This was my first time staying at this Resort and I have to say it is one of the best places I have stayed at. Even though it is a bit pricey but it is worth it. I loved the transportation to the Universal and Island parks. The staff was very helpful. Also we had an issue where there system did not read that we had prepaid for our room through Hotels.com. So we were charged again by them, but in matter of minutes they were able to solve everything and credit back our credit card. Excellent Service by Resort and Hotels.com

Great room for the money.

Overall, I would say it was excellent. My only complaint that I have is being a single mom with a college student daughter, I was given a room that was farthest away from elevator. (second time it happened) Can't help but feel that if I were a man traveling with my family, I would have gotten a better room.

Outstanding Hotel

Not only a beautiful hotel with superior service but the ability to use your room key as a fast pass at both Universal Parks made the package exceptional.

Very clean and close to parks....My kids and I loved it!! We would stay again...

Great Hotel, awesome express pass but quite pricey.

The best was just showing your room card to go on any ride with virtually no line and you could go on the same ride again skipping the line as many times as you want and both parks. If you buy the express pass you can only go one time on any ride and only one park unless you buy a 2 park express pass. 1st day we spent it at the parks so never saw the room until dark. Next day we checked out at 11am from the hotel and the hotel let us stay all afternoon enjoying the pool so it was great.
