Fabulous time

The time was wonderful time. The room and the hotel are great. Everything was wonderful. Next time we'll take advantage of the pool and the exercise room. The only problem was someone in the next room was screaming and cursing. It sounded like banging on the walls. There might have been a problem. Hotel security was contacted and the problem ended.

Maybe

A little disappointed in the room. The room was not adequately cleaned when we checked in. towels and soap appear to have been used. Normally would not have been a big deal but more sensitive in flu season. Bath towels smelled

Overall okay

Stayed here during the off season; for the price the room was a good deal, although it needed a dusting... ocean front view was great and no problems with the staff. My only issue was after 8-9pm the place died, while right down the road at a rival hotel the place was bustling with nightlife and things to do - shops/bars open and packed. For a younger couple like myself and girlfriend, we wished we stayed at a more 'lively' hotel during the dusk to night period.

Needs Improvement

Trump plaza is beautiful in the outside of the rooms Lobby,casino Etc..My bedroom I did't like at all & I had ocean veiw...The toilet didn't want to flush & it made noise all the time even when you were not using it...I found other peoples hair in the bathroom pubic & from the head....I expected much more from trump plaza it was a bad experience for me & my husband...We will never stay their again Not even to gamble....

Great room and location for the money!

Overall, a great stay! Very clean and well maintained (except for a little mildew around the bathtub). Also, the only other negative incident was someone cleaning and aggressively using the vacuum in the room next to us (including repeatedly banging the vacuum against our wall) at midnight .... why?) We will not hold this incident against the hotel since it was probably a one-time incident. Everything else was great!

Trup Plaza Hotel & Casino

I needed a place to stay in Atlantic City that wouldn't break the bank. Upon hearing about hotels.com through commercials, I decided to givew them a try. Not only I found a good place to stay, their prices were waay cheaper than other sites I visited. I was completely satisfied with not only the room(s) but the professional service provided the hotel staff. I look forward to doing business with you again.

nicest room with ocean views!!

I had a great stay! We had an ocean view room that was beautiful! The bed was really comfy too! The hotel was very clean and everyone was very courteous. However, we did stay at the hotel during the fall/winter season so they were a little short staffed. We had to wait a long time for our drinks because only one person was working the entire casino floor. One more thing, the pool was being renovated but no one let us know prior to our trip or on the trump plaza's web site...I was a little disappointed, but again the hotel was really nice. We got a great deal! Also...the Trump is very conveniently located! IT is walking distance to the 40/40 club, tropicana, ceasars, the pier etc!

Very kind staff, great locatioin

The location was ideal for us, centered on the boardwalk. Our room was a large corner room with an ocean view. Though it was a bit stuffy with little ventilation, it met our expectations and we'd plan our next stay there!

Smoke Free Rooms

The hotel did not have enough smoke free rooms and I had to stay in a smoke room which was smelled bad of smoke. Had no choice to get a smoke free room even though I got there very close to the check in time. When I left in the morning at 7:30am the parking garage was about 20 percent full.

Great location

I had a 2 day conference at the convention center. Walking distance from the convention center and shopping centers is a huge plus!! Beautiful ocean view from the window!! Great location!!!!
