Good Hotel If In Town For a Couple Days

I have been traveling to Traverse City, MI for the last 30 years on vacation. This particular time I was in town only for a 3 day weekend of Mountain Bike Racing. It was very nice, and clean. However, if you are going to be there for more than 2 nights. Stay on the beach. The views are amazing!

Good Room for the Money

This was a great bargain for a standard room that was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was there was a screaming baby in the next room all night long. Perhaps the hotel should try to seperate families from adults.

Excellent Hotel

Very nice room, great breakfast, nice restaurant nearby for supper, very helpful staff. We would stay here again.

Loved it!

Except for the disinterested night clerk we signed in with... it was great! The manager even opened the pool up so we could have a lovely night swim. Loved the breakfast!

Satisified customer

Nice room for the money. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Since we were staying more than one night, I asked the maintenance manager if they could possibly do something about that. They replaced the mattress with another one and left a basketfull of goodies. That night's sleep was much better. Would stay there again.

Management made this place...

A great place, staff and value... My boyfriend and I spent three nights at this location on a last second decision. To our surprize the management, specically, Craig- made our short vacation amazing. We will be back and we have already recommened this location to friends. They have also stayed there since and also had a great experience. With the economy where it is right now, it is places like this that will keep growing strong. We just wanted to say a little thank you to Craig and the rest of his staff. We will be back and recommend your place to our friends and family.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was just remodeled. Clean rooms and grounds. Staff were very helpful. Outside pool and spa were great. Lots of places to visit that weren't too far away. Great place to stay for the money.
