Great Stay for the Money

We were in town for son inlaws Air Force BMT graduation. Wanted to save money so I booked us this hotel even though the ratings were not the greatest. I think it's a great little hotel for the money! Pros were: Close to Lackland AFB, air conditioning works well, Clean,hot showers, nice little breakfast. Cons: Sheets were stained, but changed the minute we told them. In double bed room, air blows right in your face in the first bed. All in all, I would stay there again. We only paid inside $219 for a 4 night stay and that's half as much as the other hotels were asking!

good for the money

hotel was generally good. in a decent area if u need to get to the military base. rooms were clean. beds seriously need replacing, too soft and sag in the center. shower heads could use replacing. otherwise good.

Clean Room and Helpful Staff

I had to check in late and change my room from a single to a double at the last minute. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the price was good.

Needs Improvement

The service was good, in that they quickly responded when we called for new sheets. The negitive is that the room was not very clean. The sheets were VERY dirty and there were used coffee grounds in the coffee machine. There were also ants all in the bathroom. We had to keep our toothbrushes and all other things up away from the counter.

great little hotel

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a friend graduating from the Air Force and the Econolodge was only about 1.5-2 miles away. Very clean room with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was extremely clean as well. And the staff were always pleasant. thanks!

Good Deal Good Room #109

The room was fabulous and price was on target for my trip. The room was clean and AC unit worked very well. The bed was comfortable and I would stay here again.

You get what you pay for...

Some rooms are better than others. The A/C in our first room wouldn't bring the temp down. They gave us another room, and I tried the key, but the door wouldn't open. The third room opened, a/c worked. Blanket was stained and had to be replaced. Shelf in bathroom was loose and falling off the wall. Also, I booked 4 people on the internet and paid for all, but when I got there, they charged for an extra person... But, as the title above says, you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive and in a good location for us. We only needed a place to clean up and sleep anyway.

its cheap. there were a couple of roaches in the room. the overall feel of the room was dirty. close to lackland for graduation.

not bad

we got there and we had to have the sheets changed because they were yellow and the alarm clock would not wrk we had to get it replaced twice. but other then that is was ok and i think the free brekfast of ceral was stale

low standard room

it was a very low standard room. cleaning was not very good.it was a very small room. it was not a very pleasing room.

Needs Improvement

The bathroom needed to be updated. The beds were uncomfortable, they had stains on the box springs and blankets. The pool needs improvement and cleaning. The lady at the front desk was unpleasant.
