Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 65If you just need a place to lay your hat, this is your hotel.
It was NOT clean and I'd have surely preferred it were. That said, the staff was polite and cooperative. They were also knowledgeable. The location was perfect for my agenda. The room had all the basic parts and the price could not be beat!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 65Needs Drastic Improvement
Well lets see, the Shower leaked and made noise all night. Our comforter had big holes in it. The floor was dirty and needed vacuumed. The shower had stains all in it. Other than these things it was alright. The service was good. Location was great. Looked like they were remodeling the rooms on the floor we stayed and needed to remodel the room we stayed in.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 65Not satisfied!!
The price end up being the price of the 3 1/2" stars next door hotel, common areas were not mainted, (dirty) Bath tubs don't drain, it happen to 3 out the 4 rooms we rented. To top it all of people at front desk were not freindly. The only good thing about was a clean bed!!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 65Great Location, but Needs Improvement
The hotel is in a great location. We have stayed there before, but its been about 2 years since the last time we stayed there. This time the room was dirty; the bathroom had ants everywhere; the towels were dirty looking and they had stained. The carpet was dirty. I felt like they gave us the worst room in the whole hotel. Our room was located towards the back of the hotel-it seems that we were the only people in the hotel. The hotels needs to be remodel from top to bottom.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 65Great Room for the Money
The staff was friendly, but there just was not enough staff on duty. Two nights in a row my husband had to go down to the front desk to get towels for our room. We only stayed for two nights. He had to go down to get the towels due to there was not enough staff on duty to bring to towels to us. The location was great. This hotle was in the middle of everything.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 65Can't beat it for the price
We paid very little for this hotel, it had a great location, right off I4, very close to everything, but still very quiet. Pool was nice, small pond on site was nice also. However the "continental breakfast" consisted of 2 kinds of donuts and 2 kinds of cereal, juice and coffee. Not very much variety, and towards when it closed there really wasn't much, but yet I saw the two women who were supposed to be stocking it come out take 2 of the dwindling donuts and eat them in the back! Only one ice machine worked out of 3, and 1 out of 3 elevators were broke. However the first room we were given was unacceptable to us to stay in, and the did graciously agree to switch us to a less decreped room. For what we paid we were content, had we paid anymore we would have been dissappointed.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 65First, the building look old and dilapidated. Second, the way the Hotel is set up there were difficulty in finding the unsatisfied room that was assigned. There were hair in the toilet bowl and the room had a disturbing smell. " NEED LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT"
First, the building look old and dilapidated. Second, the way the hotel is set up it was difficult to find the run-down room that was assigned to me. There was hair in the toilet bowl and the room had a disturbing smell. Third, the weather was a bit chilly due to the change of climate around that time and to make matters worst, I was assigned another room due to the poor conditions of the first one but the air unit could not be regulated. It was either burn are freeze. I was seriously not satisfied and because of that, I would not dare recommend this hotel to anyone.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 65BANG FOR THE BUCK
we weekend in orlando on the average of once a month, we only use the hotel for sleeping and spend the rest of the day on the go, price is a big consideration and at 30 bucks is was great and right next to the parks and even had breakfast it might only have been cereal, fruit, donuts and coffee or milk, but thats all you need is a light breakfast then onto the parks, room was what i expected for 30 dollars, would stay there again.
