Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 28You get what you pay for
My experience had its ups and downs. The room was an amazing price for its location. I stayed here for a bachelor party weekend because of its low price and proximity to the MGM Signature, where the groom and best man were staying. It was a 3-5 minute walk to their hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only complaints were that the tub wouldn't drain very well and the TV barely functioned. If you're looking to save money to spend elsewhere in Vegas, this place is worth a look.

I just needed room for one night on the South Strip close to where my friends were staying. Slightly noisy at night, elderly bathroom fittings. Water would not drain from bathtub & reported to Facilities management. Average Hotel

The Hotel is nice in that it is close to the airport and near the MGM. It is on the strip, but tucked back a ways, sandwiched between a couple of buildings. It is a safe enough area, but there are some remote little areas that don't look to cool at night. All in all it was a good place to stay for the bachelor party attendee or the couple who is going to be spending little time in the room.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 28"Spend the extra $$ to find a nice hotel somewhere else!!"
I rented this room because of the low price and walking distance to MGM Grand for a Jimmy Buffet concert. Searched for 30 minutes for an ice machine that either worked or had ice left in it. Serious remodelling is needed, or maybe just build something new that is worthy of this area of town. Desk clerk was helpful with check-in, wake-up, directions, etc. Had no problem finding parking but worried about the car being vandalized due to the "interesting" individuals using lot as a short-cut. Next time I'll pay a little more to find a nicer hotel off the strip and take a cab...

The hotel was in good location. It was close to the big hotels and near restaurants. The only bad thing is that the carpet inside the room was very dirty leaving your socks, feet and shoes black on the bottom. This is a nice place to just crash for the night.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 28Roaches!!!
This is very old hotel! It needs a lot of improvement. Everything is falling apart. I would love to show you the cracks in the bathroom. It needed new tiles and caulking and fixtures. Our toilet flooded daily. We were affraid to use it. The temp of the shower fluctuated between hot cold and warm and never stayed constant. the kids were jumpy because of it. the carpet was so dirty your feet or socks would need washing after being on it. When we first checked in the cola stains were still on the surfaces from previous guests. cockroaches were under your feet. I hope I did not bring them home. Continental breakfast was a joke. there was only cerial and old danishes. The staff, however, was helpful. (Probably realized what kind of a dump this motel is.)

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 28Needs Improvement...big time!!
Our bathroom was pretty gross...mold, wall paper comming of the wall and a toilet with a really bad leak. The service was not that bad. No problems checking in, although don't expect anyone to be happy to help you. You can tell the staff is over it! IT was just a place to crash in Vegas, and thats it. We seriously overpaid for a place like this...will plan better next time!!!!!

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 28Needs remodeling
This place needs a complete remodel. It had pink toilets that look straight out of the 70's. Between the bed and the bed stand I could see crumbs (and who knows what else) that had not been swept up. The walls had tape on them to keep the wall paper from peeling. The bathroom ceiling had mold patches, since there was not exhaust fan. Under the bed sheet was something hard and crusty on the matress. I didn't look to see what it was, just tried to sleep on the other side of the bed. I had a short notice convention that I needed to go to for business, and all other hotels were extremely expensive, so I went with the least expensive close to the Sands Expo. I should have just bit the bullet and paid more for a better hotel, it would have been worth it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 28Great Location, Excellent for Budget
We were booking at the last minute and the Democratic caucus was that weekend so traditional Vegas hotel/casinos were ridiculously expensive or booked. We were a bit leery of the Travelodge at first, but decided to take a chance. The location could not have been better. It was RIGHT on the strip, very close to the Belaggio, Planet Hollywood, and Paris. We could walk to everywhere. The hotel was also not as shady as we expected. It was in a quiet location, with security guards, and a 24 hour front desk. Breakfast was free every morning (coffee and danishes) and people were friendly. We had a room with a patio that would have been really nice had the weather been warming, but we could see New York, New York from our patio. Very nice. The only thing that was a bit substandard was the room itself. The sheets were itchy, the water in the shower fluctuated temperature a lot, it was a bit dark. But in Vegas you're not in the room that much so for a place to rest your head at night, this was just as good as any other room at far below the average price.
