Location is poor and the floor in our room felt like we were going to fall through.

The housekeeping should be a better. We had one person who was great for 1 day. The other person did not clean up the area when we made coffee or remove some of the trash. We also had a problem with the toilet and was told by the front desk that they had to wait for housekeeping to come in until it could be fixed. YUCK! Oh, and if you need a wakeup call to catch your plane set a backup alaram because we never got one luckily we woke up!!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 20Fine for the money
Latham borders Watervliet and Troy isn't far either. That's not to say there's much happening in either town...though we found a great swimming hole in the latter location. In any case, the hotel is very basic, but a good deal for the price. The room was clean and in good condition. The main reason I booked this place was it's relative proximity to SPAC, and the fact they had a waffle maker touted as part of the continental breakfast. I've got to say, having that element was a total game-changer! So yes, enjoy a stay at the travelodge, and have a waffle for me. Cheers!

The hotel is very old. New management but doesn't look like it did any improvements. Bed WAS very comfortable but rugs should be replaced, wallpaper stripped and the place should be freshly paint. On second day no new coffee, soaps, etc. delivered to room.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 20Great for the Price
Nice room. Roomy, nice furniture. Bath was remodeled and was quite nice. A bargain for the money. Not impressive on the exterior, but interior was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will stay there again.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 20nice but old
nice but like i said it was old if you get the room by the hall it can be a bit noisy. I was staying over night and leaving early so it was not a big deal but if staying the weekend it would have been bad. the service was good and the room clean.
