Great location and hotel

Hotel 23 is the best hotel on Pacific beach! rooms are clean, beds are nice and comfy.. location and view is awesome! parking is not free its $20 per day.. but the hotel was worth the money!

WELL WORTH THE MONEY

This Hotel was awesome, for starters. Well worth the extra money. I Did howerver recieve a 100$ charge on my card because of "smoking" which we did outside on the patio where there was an ash tray provided. Other than that single complaint I can't say anything bad about T23. I will say this TRY THE TRUFFLE FRIES downstairs, amazing for only 6$ - literaly the best fried I've had in my entire life. TRUFFLE FRIES!!! DO IT.

Great place to experience the beach.

The hotel is crisp and California Cool. he beds are immensely comfortable. However, it is the (young) staff that works hard to make our stay wonderful. Our room was at the Terrace with a partial ocean view. We had room service deliver us breakfast and a few dinners there. It was just beautiful and relaxing. The food was as better than any we found in San Diego. Downside: This is California. This is the beach. Some of the guests can get a little noisy on the terrace at night. All in all, a fabulous place to stay!

Awsome Experience

Tower23 was beautiful and we will be staying there again. We ate breakfast out on the main balcony, in lounge chairs, over-looking the ocean. Talk about a wonderful relaxing experience.Very much recommended!

Location, location, and fun accommodations

It was a very clean and fun hotel, quiet, with good access to the beach and places to eat. The fire pit on the second level was active with a great ocean view and bar service.

Wonderful Experience

This hotel was very clean and had beautiful rooms. I loved the beautiful deck with the fire pit overlooking the ocean. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything. I would definately stay there again.

Great Location

Spent the weekend with my wife at this hotel, it was a great place for couples. The location is perfect, and the staff was very accomodating. The room was nice, but not what you expect from a 4 star. Will stay here again, worth a few extra dollars to be on the water as opposed to across the street. Restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food.

Amazing location! Great food, great rooms, great area!

If you are wanting a nice hotel with a nice restaurant, nice area, walking distance to a lot of things, this is it. We loved staying here. Wished they had a jacuzzi or pool, but having the ocean next door was worth not having either of the two. They have an incredible tower deck overlooking the ocean with a firepit, gas heaters, and bar/food service. We loved that!! Linda, our waitress was great in providing anything we needed on the deck. We enjoyed our stay. You might think about bringing ear plugs. Some of the guests over the weekend were a bit loud...but yet, it is pacific beach, so it is to be expected. Loved, loved, loved it!!
