Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 15Great Hotel
To get to the hotel from the airport you can take a bus for 3000 yen, which is extremely convenient. To get to Tokyo station there are three subway stops within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, and mine had a view of Tokyo tower, which was directly outside my window. For me, the hotel was extremely good value and its location near three subway stops made exploring Tokyo very easy. The staff were also very helpful.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 15Outstanding Hotel
I chose the hotel for the reasonable price, but it was wonderful. The standard rooms were filled when I got there, so I got upgraded to a very large and luxurious room. The surrounding area included a park, famous temple, and Tokyo Tower. The location near Haneda Airport was perfect for me. The breakfast buffet (extra charge)was delicious, and the internet connection (also extra charge) was excellent.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 15Great Hotel
The hotel was wonderful for the price. It was clean with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower. The staff here is excellent. Many of them speak English and they are so polite and accomodating. You won't be disappointed staying here. If I ever get to go back to Japan, I would love to stay here again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 15Borderline excellent... with just a little room for updating
I had a very good stay at the Tokyo Prince; I was particularly pleased to find it was located with a couple of blocks of some very reasonably priced restaurants. The hotel is showing its age, though; the lobby is particularly cold and uninvition, but the rooms are comfortable and clean - and large, for a Tokyo hotel. I can happily recommend it.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 15Very nice hotel
This is a very nice hotel for the money. Japan is infamous for their small spaces (apts/hotels etc), but the Tokyo Prince has rooms comparable to American sized hotels. They have very good service, our bellhop greeted us at the door, there is a taxi stand waiting outside, and everyone we encountered was very polite. They speak English and there were no problems with translation. If you have a JR pass, the closest JR station is Hamamasutcho which is about a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is also walking distance from Roppongi Crossing, about a 25 min walk. It sounds far but its a very easy walk. And it's located next to 2 tourist destinations, the Tokyo Tower and the Meiji Shrine. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 15Numerous servicepeople on hand; enormous bedroom for Tokyo
We were overwhelmed at the door with half-western, half-Japanese style service. The genki bellhops saw us and our bags through the entrance to the check in desk, and then an individial showed us to our room. No tip, though. I uphold the rule that there's no tipping in Japan. Funny story, he took us to the wrong room because he read the wrong numbers. It didn't phase me, but he was greatly embarrased. The funny part is, this happened to me at the next hotel in another city as well. Strange coincidence. We've now gone down a couple too many hallways that elicite a nice smile and additional memory in life. Anyways, the room was massive. For what I paid (in Tokyo), I didn't think I would ever have beds or SQ at this scale. The room decor was not impressive enough for any other notes though.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 15Great Deal
My brother and I stayed for 9 nights and we were very satisfied. The service was great and everyone was so polite and helpful. The train stations were in walking distance and the surrounding neighborhood was nice and neat. We'd definitely stay here on our second trip.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. It was only a 3 minute walk to the subways station. The view from the room was amazing! Looking out the window and seeing the Tokyo Tower so close was breath taking! Especially at night!
