very nice hotel

Was extremely pleased with everything about this hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable accommodations, pleasant and helpful staff. Especially liked that all the rooms were interior rooms and not accessible from the outside.

Great Stop Over hotel for Florida trip.

We had booked our room in advance. When we arrived we were so tired and needed a snack. The receptionists had all our paperwork ready and checked us in very quickly. She then offered us pop tarts and milk as a bedtime snack.

We were not happy at all with the cleanliness of our room. First of all when we first entered the room we noticed that the room smelled horrible. It was a stale, mildew smell that was overwelming. we notified housekeeping, but nothing was ever done about it. Next we noticed that someone had used the restroom and did not flush the toilet so either the housekeeper did it or she did not bother to flush it while cleaning before we arrived! The beds were very uncomfortable and we wresled with the bottom sheet and mattress pad all night as they did not fit well and came off everytime you moved. we also discovered a roach bug in our laundry bag that had been sitting on the floor. we will not be staying here again.

Great Stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for me. I would definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT VALUE!

This hotel is much better than I ever expected for the money we paid. The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

A very good hotel experience

We were surprised and pleased with the quality of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy access from the interstate. There were good restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was ok, typical of those offered. We intend to use the hotel again, and will recommend it to others.
