2 star hotel room

Receiving a basement level room with a flooding parking lot threatening to spill in the door was not a great start on a very rainy eve. The hotel was virtually empty so the hotel's use of this unrenovated 1960s era room with old carpet, bathroom fixtures, curtains and bedspreads. Even a knob was missing from a cabinet as an example of the thoughtlessness of this hotel.
