The Willows Hotel

Clean and friendly

Parking and driving were difficult in the area, but the hotel was extremely clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood great. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast is super, with lots of choices. I stayed a week and was very happy with everything, except the fact that there seems to be no noise insulation in the walls. The elevator bell woke me up every time it rang for the first three nights I stayed, and any impolite guests coming and going in the night also woke me up. Sounded as if they were in my room.

A nice place, cute neighborhood

Classic beauty. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, we all slept like babies. That doesn't happen often when I'm away from home. The room was a bit small, but overall I was satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

will go back

we liked this hotel very much. the location was great and we got a good deal at hotel.com. the rooms are a little dark, but they are comfortable. breakfast was good and it is a good location. the neighborhood is fun and it's a short walk to the lake.

Great Hotel

I loved that they took care of our room daily and the continental breakfast was excellent. They even provide juice and cookies at the end of the day. The hotel staff was respectful and knowledgeable about the area. They are even willing to call a cab for you if you need one.

great value..

hotel was very comfortable and very convenient in lincoln park, chicago. the emoployee at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient with us as we had many logistical questions regarding the area. the hotel included a very nice continental breakfast in what was already a very resonable fare...a true bargain.

Great Room and Location for the money

Excellent hotel - good choice of items for breakfast. Adrian was great with anything we needed. Have recommended this hotel to others going to Chicago and would definitely stay there again.

Happily Surprised

Although it was a rainy weekend, The Willows provided a wonderful temporary 'home'. The room was comfy with the best hotel bathroom I've seen in a long time. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we did not miss the use of an elevator. Breakfast was lovely - just enough, good variety. I would go back again any time I visit Chicago.

Wonderful beds

We really liked the comfortable beds with their cozy comforters and wonderful large pillows. It was a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and we would defintely stay there again.
