New remodeled rooms are beautifuly done and a good value.

Great location and good views from the room. Hotel still under remodel in the lobby.

Outstanding condo with hotel amenities.

Housekeeping, concierge service, front desk staff all friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean, fresh, and modern. All kitchen appliances top-notch. Location next door to Whaler's Village Shopping Center a major plus. Anticipated noise/inconvenience due to current construction on grounds but proved not to be even a minor concern.

Location location

For the first time we opted not to have a rental car and with the location you can walk to virtually everything. Boat excursions pick you up on the beach, and the bus stop is at the nearby whaler's village. This building is a condo and has grills for your use right along the beach pathway. I was grilling dinner while looking at the ocean. Hard to beat.

Construction was a minor problem

During the week of March 3 and March 10 the hotel was undergoing some major refurbishing of the outside garden areas and check-in staging. We experienced a lot of construction noise. The room was spacious and clean

Great location but needs work

The building is undergoing quite a bit of renovation and it will be some time before it is completed. Complex more dated that nearby properties, but you can't beat the location next to Whalers Village with shopping and restaurants. Good to have a full kitchen as well. Family friendly place.

The Whaler is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Outstanding Hotel

Great room for the money.Hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding. All the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and accommodating. They were all very efficient in what they did. We just loved the hotel. It was so beautiful and very relaxing.
