Cleaniness of the bathroom floors.

The bathroom looked clean. However, when I sat down on the toliet, I could smell throw up. It smelled as though someone had an upset stomach and the floor didn't look clean in the bathroom.

great place by Busch Stadium

We loved the Westin. It was both modern and elegant--"civilized" was the word my husband used. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Staff was great and we enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Good location, although more difficult to get and probably not as great a deal if the Cardinals are playing--ideally, that's where I would stay next time we're down for a ball game, but may not be possible. It was a fairly short walk to a couple of good blues bars too.

The hotel is very nice: clean, professional service, nicely furnished, light and spacious rooms, excellent location for tourist attractions including stadium and arch breakfast is pretty expensive, but good quality; hotel restaurant has nice menue but also costly

Westin , St. Louis

When traveling, I usually hold my breath until my husband takes the first glance at our room. I was thrilled when he walked in to 746 and exclaimed what a great room--we relaxed immediately--lots of light from the large windows--perfect, quiet temperature control (even I could figure it out!) Luxurious bathroom--shelves and large counter space. Our only problem was being awakened from a dead sleep by a very noisy group in the adjoining room with partying beginning around 4:45 A M our first night there--we finally found the right button on the phone after several tries. The noise was resolved almost immediately--the need for sleep was not, however. Loved being so close to the arch, the Metrolink since we flew in, and to the stadium where we attended a game and a wedding.

Nice with minor annoyances

Good points: Large, clean room with beautiful bathroom. Bad points: Charging $0.99 for local and toll free calls. $16 per day for Internet access.

Great room for the Money

We have stayed here on two occasions attending Cardinals games. Right across the street. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful. The only issue I had was the hallways have really been neglected. A year ago this hotel was emaculate.
