Awesome Hotel

This hotel has excellent service and great rooms. The room was very clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. Lobby was a great place to sit around with an outstanding view!

Great View and convenient

This hotel with the riverview is great. The main lobby is located on the 11th floor and doesn't have street noise. It's connected to the best shopping mall. The French Quarter is a one block walk.

Only stayed there one night, but...service was great and it was a very good location to so many things in NO. Will definitely stay there again when returning to NO.

Great Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at the Westin New Orleans Canal Place. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating, they were helpful and caring.

Awesome hotel

Very happy with recent stay the Westin. Great location, only a few blocks from Bourbon St. Would advise to call first about the hotels parking where abouts. It's very easy to find with directions. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and were there for our every need. View from 11th floor is amazing. Everything was great though, would def stay there again. Only dislikes was no vent in the bathrooms, which made it hot and steamy. And not knowing how to use the room cards to access the elevator at first. Other than that, outstanding.
