Wonderful Hotel

The stay was awesome, the meeting facilities were grand and the room was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was if you even moved anything in the refrigerator, it automatically charged to your room. Of course, you don't know this unless you read the information brochure. Even after we told them we moved stuff but didn't eat anything, we were charged. They are removing the charge, however.

Consistently good

Stayed many times at this hotel, can't beat the location (on top of Galleria mall). The rooms are fairly large and comfortable--overall an excellent deal and great place to see this part of Dallas.

This Hotel was the perfect getaway for the 14th year anniversary for my husband and I. Will be staying at this hotel in the near future.

Would visit again

The room was clean and exactly as pictured. It was very upscale/modern. Great views and the window seat was awesome! The bathroom had a great shower and nice granite counter tops. I would have expected softer toilet paper though, I'm sorry but that "John Wayne TP" is expected at a "certain Motel" but not Westin!! The only real complaint was that the prices for amenities were pretty high but you have to expect that it being a 4 star hotel. The little things, such as the mini bar, $3.50 for a snickers - no way, $12 for internet access, $25 to park valet overnight, room service charges a fee for delivery plus a 21% gratuity. Just good things to know before staying. I would still recommend based on the service, location, and overall comfort of the hotel.

Outstanding Hotel

The room was clean, spacious and easy access to shopping. Perfect city view with no road noise. And you had to have a room key to go up in the elevator, safety first.
