Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 13Good hotel, not great
Good room for the hotels.com price. Wouldn't pay full price though. Location and comfortable bed are the pluses, room was worn and found food crumbs on comforter upon arrival. However, I think if I complained, they would have fixed the error; I was just to tired to notify the desk. For the price, I thought the room should have been polished and shined. Rooms smaller then appear on line. Good hotel, but too pricey. Location, location, location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 13Great room - no complaints!
The only expense I overlooked was the parking. I am not use to paying for hotel parking since I am from Montana. So, that was the only down part.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 13Under construction next door
Waking up to hammers and construction noise is not what I expected, but it was timed with my alarm clock. The room I wanted was not available so I was put in one with a treadmill instead of a sofa and coffe table. It made getting to the desk to work a little difficult and I stubbed my tow over it in the middle of the night. The hotel is nice, but bring some earplugs if you plan to sleep after 6 am.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 13Excellant Stay
We came in the night before our tour started and was sooooooo happy! The staff could not be more helpful. They recommended great restaurants that weren't even in the hotel. Lobby had a Starbucks! Extra points for that.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 13Great location and hotel
The overall hotel stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only downside would be the hotel food which was not very good. Fortunately, the hotel is part of the above ground tunnel system which connects it to all the other building. This allowed me access to a lot of other restaurants and food choices which more than made up for the overpriced and bad food.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 13Great potential.
This hotel will be great for the business traveller when they finish construction. They ran really noisy equipment in the lobby during daytime hours. Management seemed completely out of touch with the untrained staff who were hopelessly lost on just about every topic. There was a sign in the room that advertised a complimentary appetizer special in the restaurant and they denied all knowledge of it. The pool area and fitness room are fantastic but were dominated at the end of the day by a really noisy family with a ton of kids and pool toys. Anyhow, beautiful hotel, great location, tons of potential but needs new management desperately.
