Great Service

Decent room. Great service. The weather turned cold the day we arrived and the hotel did not yet have it's heat turned on. When I mentioned to the front desk that we were cold, a young lady behind the counter promptly brought 2 blankets and a portable heater to our room.

Could use AC

Room temperature is a bit of a problem. They do supply a fan to put near the window, but on the ground floor that is a bit of a security issue overnight.

can't beat the location . . . . a few blocks from the bars . . . one block to grocery . . . one block to lifts

Great Room for the Money

We checked i around 4:30 pm put our luggage in the room and went out. Upon our return our luggage was missing and someone else's belongings were in the room, They had given us the wrong room and everything got worked out. We weren't very happy with the clerks attitude she made us feel like it was our fault.

Great central Telluride location

We stayed at the Victorian Inn during the Telluride Film Festival. The location is perfect and is close to all of the major film venues. The only negative thing about our stay was that the hot water was out for 2 days.

Nice for the money

Convenient to everything. Nice room. We were located off the parking lot and streets overlooking hot tub area so more private than some rooms. No kitchen and few amenities but clean and comfortable. Husband thought it should have a deadbolt. No a/c but not needed as it was cool at night and window fan brings air in or out. Has a bed and breakfast feel but with private room. If you don't get a parking spot in the back parking lot, you can park on the streets (on a corner) but have to move car by 10 am. Checkout also 10 am. Lots to initial on a form upon arrival regarding smoking, incense burning, pets, destruction of property, etc. Breakfast not included but there were cinnamon rolls and apples in lobby in the morning. Overall a nice stay.

Good room for the money

We needed to get up early and leave there was nowhere to leave keys and breakfast didn't start until 8:00 a.m. Had to leave keys in room.

Could use some improvement...

First the good: great location, quiet, parking, friendly, the Wi-Fi access worked, the shower had great pressure, and the receptionist was nice. Onto the bad: the room had zero ventilation because the windows and the door are on the same wall and there is no way to achieve proper air circulation. This is also an issue for the bathroom vent... the TV worked sporadically, there are few AC outlets (they are also not conveniently located), and the sound isolation is not top-notch. The breakfast is most basic and the eating area is too cramped. Conclusion: it's a good value for Telluride so consider staying there, but bring an extension cord, some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, and go have breakfast someplace else

Friendly Staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and very convient. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget.
