Wow what a hotel! It really cnt get much better than this and I have stayed in many high end hotles. The rooms are extreemly nice with 3 flat screen's in the room including the bathroom. The decor is vey tasty. The only negative I would say is the comfort of the best. It looks really nice but is not even close to the bed that the sofitel provides. IOm just being picky but I still give it 5 stars

NOTE: A good place to eat is the Excalibur all you can eat all day for $29 dollars. Another place to eat (breakfast) is Circus Circus, and another place to eat is the Harris Casino for $18 dollars.

The hotel had a peculiar odor that as odd as it sounds you could taste. The service while gambeling was not good (You could not get a drink unless you got up and went to the bar). The dealers were not friendly and all the tables were high. The pool hours were until 6p.m. but were ask to leave so the people working could leave by 6. I have to say for the money it was kind of a joke. We went over to the Wynn it was beautiful, did not stink and had great service and reasonable tables. We will stay there the next time we go.

Every aspect of this Resort is the best, the sunken living room is roomy and comfortable. the King bed is very nice and set up great for TV viewing. Casino is more for high rollers, but other casinos are close by. Food is very good in any of the resurants. service was excellent, especialy the check-in.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 394Suites were ideal
The roomy suites at this hotel are ideal for couples with different time clocks. I could go to sleep early while my husband stayed up and read. Then I could get up early and take a leisurely bath (while watching the early news on the TV in the bathroom) It would also be a nice extra room if you had family gatherings.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 7 of 394Wonderful stay at the Venetian
I stayed in the Venezia Tower in a Bella Suite which was beautiful. The tower has its own pool deck which was never crowded. The restaurants and shopping in the Venetian were great. The Venetian and Palazzo house the Canyon Ranch Spa which is an experience that should not be missed. Overall the hotel, its amenities and its location on the strip can't be beat.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 394Worth the $$$
The room was relatively inexpensive for last minute memorial day weekend travel. It was comfortable, well designed and decorated, and much larger than many rooms on the strip. I would compare the room to the suit at Treasure Island. I liked the layout at Treasure Island a little better, but all-in-all they are on par with one another. This is a compliment, as the Treasure Island suite was one of the best rooms I have stayed in on the Strip.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 394Great room for the money but hidden charges
Found hidden charges when checking out in the ammount of $20 like full use of Internet, gym, & pool when receptionist didn't explain when checking in. Overall great price on a nice hotel onthe strip ??

We always stay at the Venetian when we head to Vegas. The staff is cordial and professional, the hotel itself is HUGE and immaculate, the rooms are large and comfortable, and you cannot beat the location. Plus, the staff addresses every need or whim with immediate attention as if you are their only patron.

They pump in some type of fragrence into the air conditioning system that my wife finds quite disagreeable. Will not return due to this issue. Did not bother me as much, but very noticable.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 394Outstanding Hotel!! Concierge really works for you!
I stayed at the Venetian for 2 nights(tues-thurs) and loved every mintue of my stay there. By booking thru hotels.com, I also received some great coupons(i.e. 50$ slot play, free drinks, free Lavo club admission). The hotel itself is amazing. Very well kept(polished, waxed and vacuumed every night). Hotel staff was very accomodating and jumped thru hoops for us.We never paid for entry to any club that we went too(and we went to ALOT) because the concierge took care of us.Tipping the concierge 5 or 10 bucks is better than paying 20$/person at each club! They put us on the VIP/guest list for all the good clubs(LAX,the Bank @ Bellagio,LAVO,TAO,Pure @Caesars). Room(regular luxury view) was awesome. Flat panel TVs everywhere, bed was very, very comfortable, and room was spacious. A definite recommendation to all. We will definitely be staying here again(for the same price we booked it for thru the website or hopefully cheaper). Gondola was a little pricey but def worth it too. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 394Beautiful Hotel
The minute I walked into The Venetian,I was completely in love with everything. All the paintings, the hotel theme, and all the little details of the hotel. Everything was wonderful. However, I wasn't too satisfied with the front desk/customer service. Everytime we called the front desk, we were rolled into a call que. We were literally on hold for 35 minutes until we got a live person. When we did talk to a live person, they weren't too helpful. But again, overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Venetian.
