Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 14Outstanding Accommodations in Snowmass Village
I was very pleased with everything I experienced at the property. The personnel at the property consistently asked if there was anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 14Felt like home
when I saw the rooms online, I was a bit skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Recently upgraded, Timberline Condominiums well surpassed my expectations. The best thing was the shuttle service. I knew that they had an airport shuttle, but I didn't know that you could call them up and they would take you or pick you up from anywhere in Snowmass. The rooms were quiet, and I felt very much at home.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 14Cleanliness of room
It was apparent that the carpet had not been vaccumed. There were 'toe pads' on the floor beside the bed of the master BR. I disposed of them myself as I would not want the cleaning person to think that I had thrown them on the floor. Otherwise everything was fine.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 14Timberline Hotel Review
This hotel was really a condominium that they rent out during the summer (non-skiing) season. The Timberline is the last one up the hill at Snowmass Village. It was very pleasant. I would recommend it. Snowmass is close to Aspen without having to pay outlandish Aspen prices (at least at this time of year). Also, the aspen trees were just starting to turn color. Fantastic.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 14Great Place For Snowmass
The service was great - everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Not a single rude person and we had one minor issue and they were on top of resolving it immediately. I would suggest this place to a friend and if in Snowmass again, I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 14Some problems
Front desk man, about 30, was insolent and sullen and texted while I was trying to talk to him. Was also rude to other people, especially a flower delivery guy, who finally gave up and walked away. No help getting luggage to room and at that altitude it would have been great. Many many steps no elevator. We arrived at night in the rain and were given bad directions as to how to find the hotel. The voice sounded like the guy above. Kept telling us to turn at a street, which several times over the next three days I tried to locate a sign naming that street. There are no signs. Said he was leaving at 10pm and no he couldn't wait.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 14Pleasant surprise
Off season special was fabulous....jacuzzi pool was great. Front desk help was superb but not always available since we were not there during the peak season. Go there if you get the chance!

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 14relaxing experience
Check in time was 4:00pm, when we arrived (after contacting the hotel for directions 2 times due to construction and road closures) no one was there to check us in. When I called the after hours answering service to obtain the lock box code there were no keys for our room. We finally found someone to help us out. Other than that, it was a very relaxing experience in a nice room with a great view.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 14Great off season get away
Everything was perfect. It was off season, so the hotel staff was not stressed with large volumes. Did not find a jaccuzi (if that is important to some) Maid service is during the Mon-Fri only, leave extra supplies for weekend. This was not important to us during the stay. The condominium we had had new appliances, good layout, great beds, clean bathrooms, well supplied towels and linens. I would hope that all owner condominiums at the Timberline were like this one, I presume we got one of the nicest units because the hotels in the city were at 5% occupancy. We had zero complaints! Would come back again for this condo.
