    This "hotel" is actually a condo which I did not mind since I researched the area ahead of time and found decent restaurants on the ground floor so no need for room service. It is right next door to an Imax theater and within driving distance (10 minutes max) to popular food chains and pharmacies, etc. The downside is that my first room had filthy carpets and an even filthier sofabed. The next day I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant and I was moved to another available room immediately. The second room had cleaner carpets- still not perfect but alot better. Until a newer hotel moves into the area, I would stay here again.

    This facility is apparently a condo development with unsold units. there are no services (room service, ice machine, etc.) the "fitness center" is a couple of treadmills. for a business traveler for a night or two, this is not the place for you. if you're wanting to cook, shop, make your own ice, have at it. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN OFFERED AS A HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM
