    First time in Vancouver and would stay here again! Wonderful location, within walking distance/close to all that's downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Had Grand Suite and 3 to a room - spacious, comfortable and clean! Large bathroom, too. Staff very helpful, gracious and attentive. I understand it's the only 5-star hotel in Vancouver and I can see why - it's worth every penny!

Hotel Features. This hotel has received the Conde Nast Traveler Gold List and 2005 Travel and Leisure Top 500 Greatest Hotels awards. Fine French cuisine, created with Pacific Northwest produce, attracts attention at the hotel's signature restaurant, Fleuri. Fleuri's chef is happy to honor guests' special requests for specific selections that are not listed on the restaurant's menu. Gerard Lounge is reminiscent of a private English club, complete with a fireplace, leather furnishings, wood paneling, soft lighting and traditional landscape paintings. A staffed business center, complimentary downtown limousine service, and close proximity to Vancouver's business district add elements of convenience to this hotel's amenities.
